Oregon offers an income tax credit ORS § 316.102 for qualifying Oregon tax filers who donate to qualifying state, federal or local political campaigns. The total credit is limited to $100 on a joint return or $50 on a single or separate return if the taxpayer has federal adjusted gross income in not in excess of $150,000 on a joint return or $75,000 on any other type of return..
